Coaching Packages:

  • I am here to help guide you on your running journey. Whether you are a beginner or experienced runner, I would love to help you reach your goals.

    The coaching membership provides personalised programs, support and guidance.

    My services include:

    • Programming for general training and fitness.

    • Event and race specific training programmes.

    • Building a solid foundation for injury prevention.

    • Health and nutrition guidance - fuelling and recovery.

    • Running specific strength and conditioning advice.

    • Building motivation to get the most out of each training week, race, build-up and recovery period.

    • Helping to create structure and balance for training and life commitments.

    $50 NZD per week.

  • Need a structured training plan without the commitment of ongoing coaching?

    The One-Off Block Programme is designed for runners who want expert guidance—but prefer to train independently.

    Whether you are preparing for a specific race or simply looking to improve your general running fitness, this 12-week plan offers personalised structure without the need for continued coaching or follow-up.

    Please note: This is a one-time service. After the initial consultation and delivery of your plan, there is no ongoing communication or support provided.

    What’s included:

    • A one-time consultation to understand your goals and training background.

    • A 12-week, personalised training plan tailored to either:
      – A specific race (starting 12 weeks out from race day).
      – General running improvement and structured weekly training.

    $420 NZD - One off payment.

  • This option can be an in-person training session and discussion, or just a friendly conversation. It is intended to assist the following people:

    Athletes who are looking for a 1 on 1 session to focus on improving technique, race strategy, and/or other areas within your training structure that can be improved to enhance performance.

    Coaches who are looking for advice on: programming, weekly structure, race strategies, balancing life and training, female athletes and general performance improvement strategies.

    Everyday runners who would like technique, nutrition, structure, and/or other advice that can help improve their running journey, whether it be for racing or enjoyment.

    $100 NZD per hour.
