  • What types of runners do you work with?

    I work with a wide range of runners: complete beginners, 5k / 10k runners and half and full marathon runners. I also help with those returning to running and training after a break or an injury.

  • Are training plans customised for each individual?

    Yes, your training plan is built just for you based on your fitness level, goals, schedule, and feedback.

  • What's included in the coaching package?

    Typically, packages include personalised training plans, weekly or bi weekly checkins, training platform access, ongoing adjustments, and messaging support.

  • What tools and apps do you use to track training?

    I primarily use Final Surge which is an online training platform, but I also sync with platforms like strata and Garmin to monitor your progress as necessary.

  • How do I sign up?

    If you fill out the short “contact me” form, I will reach out to schedule a consultation. This includes going over your training history, goals, and schedule. Then, I will build your training plan and get you set up on the coaching platform.

  • What equipment do I need?

    All you need is a pair of running shoes and a watch or smartphone that will track your runs.

  • How much does online coaching costs?

    I offer customised plans for $50.00 NZD per week.

  • Do you offer a free trial or consultation?

    Yes, I offer a free 15minute consultation call to see if you are wanting to go ahead, before you commit.

  • Is there a minimum commitment?

    There is a 1 month minimum commitment, although I do recommend at least 3 months to see meaningful progress.
